First impressions upon entering was the excellent greetings by staff and willingness to go the extra mile making everything perfect!
Alex was so helpful, informative and welcoming to the hotel. He provided great recommendations for restaurants and transportation.
What a friendly hotel; an awesome gym; a fantastic room and a perfect breakfast! Everyone is super friendly and valet parking was awesome too. I called the day before my stay to see if I could get the room earlier. It was not quite ready when I arrived but I did not have to wait long. If you want the downtown area or the Paramount Theatre it is a perfect place to stay! Lots of restaurants everywhere. I’ll be back.
